The nature of industrial gases determines how they are supplied to customers. Gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen and helium can be easily compressed into cylinders (maximum pressure can reach 200 bar).Generally, 40L and 50L cylinders are more commonly used, and there are also special small-capacity special gas cylinders and electronic-grade special gas cylinders.
Cylinders are usually made of high-strength steel or aluminum that can withstand high pressures, but now there are also cylinders made of composite materials. Many gases are liquids at room temperature and are stored in low-pressure thin-walled cylinders made of steel or composite materials. Due to the special properties of acetylene, storage requires the use of cylinders containing “porous materials”, while acetylene is dissolved in a carrier solvent.
Gas cylinders are available in a variety of specifications, usually defined by the water volume of the bottle. The best applicable specification depends on various factors, including dosage and flow rate. For questions about the selection of gas cylinder specifications, please contact your local supplier.
Each gas cylinder is equipped with a special cylinder valve to suit the gas and pressure requirements. The cylinder valve outlet thread is determined according to international standards to ensure that only cylinder pressure reducing valves that meet the requirements are adapted.
We also offer a variety of containers, groups of connected cylinders on pallets, for fast and convenient door-to-door delivery.
