On June 5, the “Liquid Hydrogen Technology Innovation and Large-Scale Application Seminar” was successfully held in Beijing, gathering leading experts, industry associations, and key enterprises across the hydrogen energy value chain. The event focused on accelerating liquid hydrogen technology innovation, addressing industrialization challenges.
The seminar was jointly organized by the Zhongguancun Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Technology Innovation Industry Alliance and the China Energy Research Society Fuel Cell Special Committee, with participation from multiple industry stakeholders. Discussions centered on key topics such as hydrogen liquefaction breakthroughs, cost reduction strategies, long-distance hydrogen transport, and the role of liquid hydrogen in enabling large-scale energy transition.
At the conference,general Manager of Hydrogen Energy Business at Fullcryo, delivered a keynote speech titled “Liquid Hydrogen Development Strategy and Industrial Applications – Key Technologies and Core Equipment for Hydrogen Liquefaction.” He provided a comprehensive overview of global liquid hydrogen development trends and analyzed the strategic importance of hydrogen liquefaction in enabling a sustainable hydrogen economy.
He also highlighted Fullcryo’s technological achievements and industrial progress in the liquid hydrogen sector. As one of China’s core players in cryogenic hydrogen technology, Fullcryo has successfully built the country’s first civil liquid hydrogen full-chain demonstration project, covering hydrogen production, liquefaction, storage, transport, and refueling. This milestone demonstrates the company’s capability in achieving independent control over key technologies and core equipment, helping to overcome bottlenecks in large-scale hydrogen commercialization.
In the field of storage and transportation, Fullcryo focuses on advanced cryogenic pressure vessel engineering and has developed a series of products including liquid hydrogen storage tanks, ISO tank containers, liquid hydrogen tank trucks, and related integrated systems. These solutions significantly improve the efficiency and safety of long-distance, large-scale hydrogen logistics, while reducing overall system costs.
Supported by core technologies from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Fullcryo offers a complete range of hydrogen liquefaction systems with capacities from 1.5 to 30 tons per day, along with integrated system solutions tailored for energy, transportation, green chemical, and industrial decarbonization applications.
